With my cervical pinched nerves problem, I get real clumsy with my hands and I tend to drop everything. I'm overly careful when I manipulate my guitars.

More than 2 weeks later, there was still a sliver (2-3mm thick) of flesh that didn't want to reattach and was very sensitive. Today I went to have it cut off. Should be OK in a few days ... I hope.

You're admitting they do have neck dive, with possible solutions to counter it, but still you say "those who say" are completely wrong ? I don't mind it since I mostly play sitting, but I get why some don't want to bother.
