They passed through high school even though they failed (likely) because the school system didn't want to hurt their feelings. These kids get upset if they didn't get a passing grade so instead of dealing with failure and trying harder, the get rewarded for "trying" and put into the next grade...

I've boiled a few sets of bass strings in my time, it works, but it doesn't last as long as a fresh set of strings. It would be okay to do, say if you want to extend the life out of a set before a show and return that new string "piano" snap.

I would like to try a 50's LP just to see if I would actually enjoy the neck profile. My Classic has a 60's slim taper, and I always prefer a thin neck, but I wouldn't mind seeing what the difference would be between the two.

I'm not sure if they make a bridge for a Strat that has a Piezo in it, I think it's usually a solid bridge (LP style) that has the pickup in it. I could be wrong though.

I'm sure there are a few bands/artists who laugh about this very thing backstage lol
