Which factories are those? There's probably hundreds, if not thousands of guitar factories in China. You can go to any number of them and get essentially the same guitar. It's just a matter of who/where you want it made. Go look on www.made-in-china.com and www.Alibaba.com and places like those...

The lower range is understandable at the $195 entry price. At $699, the Plus line has no excuse. It uses Mahog and other better materials so I'd expect a set neck also.
